♡ Commissions are first-come-first-serve!♡ I will draw: fanart, ocs, yumeships, blood/light violence, + more♡ I will NOT draw: illegal pairings, mecha/armor, NSFW, real people, intense gore♡ I reserve the right to refuse any commission I feel I cannot draw or feel uncomfortable drawing.♡ Payment is upfront and completed via Paypal or Ko-fi only; please do not pay until I have told you I've accepted your commission.♡ Expected delivery date is 2-3 weeks. If this must be extended, I will let you know! Express fees may apply.♡ No refunds after the drawing has already been started. Depending on my progress, I may offer a partial refund.♡ Please provide succinct references. Photo collages will only be accepted if descriptions are concise. Text-only descriptions will not be accepted.♡ I will send occasional progress updates as I work on your commission! If any changes are desired, please make them known during these progress updates and NOT at the end!♡ Revisions following the commission's completion will cost an additional $5-10 USD depending on complexity.♡ Small revisions such as color/hue changes, filters, or other small details can be requested and you will not be charged.♡ The completed commission will be sent to you as a Google Drive link so it can be downloaded in high resolution. It is a digital product and will not be shipped to you physically.♡ I list the usernames of those who order from me publicly on my Trello page for organization purposes. Please inform me if you would not like your username listed.♡ All drawings are for personal use unless specified otherwise.♡ Commissions that are intended for commercial use—Twitch/Youtube emotes, overlays, etc—will cost an additional 50% of the commission's base price.♡ Publicity, ad-based projects, or any sort of usage where my art may directly assist in revenue all falls under commercial use. You may ask what else qualifies as commercial use if you're unsure.♡ Resale of purchased commissions, such as via prints, merch, etc., is strictly prohibited.♡ I reserve the right to usage of any commissioned art for personal reasons; posting it to social media, self-promo, portfolio, etc.♡ By purchasing a commission from me, you have agreed to all of the above listed terms of service and allow me the right to uphold these terms whenever they might apply.♡ If there are any objections to these terms, please feel free to discuss them with me privately! I am always open to chat.
