terms of service
♡ Commissions are first-come-first-serve!♡ I will draw: fanart, ocs, yumeships, blood/light violence, + more♡ I will NOT draw: illegal pairings, mecha/armor, NSFW, real people, intense gore♡ I reserve the right to refuse any commission I feel I cannot draw or feel uncomfortable drawing.♡ Payment is 100% upfront and completed via Paypal, Ko-fi, or Cashapp. I may also open slots on VGEN every now and again, so keep an eye out for that!♡ Expected delivery date is 2-3 weeks. If this must be extended, I will let you know! If the drawing is needed sooner, an early deadline fee will be applied.♡ No refunds after the drawing has already been started. Depending on my progress, I may offer a partial refund.♡ Please provide detailed (preferably picture) references!♡ Revisions requested after the commission's completion will cost an additional $5-10 USD depending on complexity.♡ Small changes such as color/hue changes, filters, etc. are okay! I will also correct it if I make any mistakes within the piece, like missed details or misinterpretations.♡ The completed commission will be sent as a Google Drive link so it can be downloaded in high resolution. It is a digital product.♡ Commissions that are intended for commercial use—such as Twitch/Youtube emotes, overlays, advertisements, etc—will cost an additional 50% of the commission's base price.♡ Resale of purchased commissions, such as via prints, merch, etc., is strictly prohibited.♡ I reserve the right to usage of any commissioned art for personal reasons; posting it to social media, self-promo, portfolio, etc.♡ By purchasing a commission from me, you have agreed to all of the above listed terms of service and allow me the right to uphold these terms whenever they might apply.♡ If there are any objections to these terms, please feel free to discuss them with me privately!
